Hubby and I went to Jo:a for a quick bite during their lunch hours. We ordered the California roll, spider roll and spicy tuna roll. Service was fast and attentive. We also got a sake flight for $18. They have 4 different flights to choose from. The premium flights were $23. Food came out quick and was delicious. We've been here several times and will be back. The ambiance is relaxed. Lunch hours are 11:00 - 2:00 and dinner is 5:00 - 8:00. Closed on Mondays.

I've struggled finding a good sushi place out here locally, and honestly this place beats most in every aspect. I ordered the spicy maniac because I am a spicy food connoisseur, and I was struggling (which is a good thing). The waitress might've been the best I've ever had, she was attentive and kind. Not to mention the intimacy of the lighting and culture, a great place for a date I must say. 10/10 this place gets from me.

The food is excellent, the menu is extensive and the service was very accomodating. Parking is easy, too.

We came to Jo:a after a bad experience at hakata. The Sushi is always excellent and the fish tastes fresh. They also have a great selection of Sake!

After 8 years and a lot of traveling, this place is still my favorite Japanese restaurant in the country.

That's an interesting item! Can't right now. I like to read in recipes for cookies, cakes, soups especially during the winters. A few away friend and we made had lots and lots of cookies for hospitals for seniors giving them see their smiles. And they gave me and my friend also left with heart in smiles too. I don't the word Ambiance?

Food was incredible. Bento Box is elite. Fried Dumplings were gone too fast for a photo. Morgan our server was great as well. Great quick service. Will be back when I visit the area

It's not a bad place by any means, food was decent with minimal complaints, my family prefers the sushi at another place in silverdale more. Pricing seemed a little higher than what we felt it was worth, however in all fairness, we did get our food to go; I won't discount that the food may be better when eating in as opposed to getting it to go. I will still give it another chance before finalizing my thoughts on it, however as of now it wouldn't be my first choice but more likely still in my top 3-4 in silverdale

Pushed off the main road, hidden in a strip mall, lies Jo:a. This adorable little japanese restaurant is truly one of Silverdale's best! On the day we visited, the service was fantastic. The server was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He spent the time explaining the different saké options and answering our food related questions. The sushi was rolled exquisitely and was extremely fresh. The restaurant is closed in the middle of the day, so either come for lunch or come for dinner. They have a large amount of gluten-free rolls, all of which are clearly labeled on the menu.
